Security Concierge

Katana Security operates 2 levels of a tailored Security Concierge service for our clients.

All of our Security Officers are able to have either of the following levels integrated into their role, so that our clients benefit from these enhanced value adding  services.

The 2 levels are:

LEVEL 1 Security Concierge

The Security Officer has access to an approved LOCAL list of vetted and audited suppliers, so that they can make local arrangements on behalf of our clients. Such services can include, but are not limited to:

  • Messenger & delivery services (FedEx for example with whom we have a dedicated account)
  • Pick up and delivery services; dry-cleaning, restaurants, shoe repair, tailoring (repair work)
  • Secretarial services and administration support such as translator, couriers etc
  • Fine food, wine, art and more, all through a dedicated suppliers list
  • Medical services (on call doctor and nursing organizations)
  • 24 hour pharmacies and convenience stores on call
  • Theater tickets and other special event tickets
  • Baby-sitting and child minding services
  • Residents /clients cleaning services
  • Hair salons and barber shops
  • Taxi and limousine services

Level 2 Security Concierge

The Security Officer has access to an approved INTERNATIONAL list of vetted and audited suppliers, so that they can make local and international arrangements on behalf of our clients. Such services can include, but are not limited to:

  • All of the same services as are listed above in the Level 1 Security Concierge description, also:
  • Emergency medical and evacuation services, linked in with domestic embassy and other agencies
  • Local access to tickets and bookings for prestige theatre, restaurant and member only venues
  • VIP escort, close protection, and bodyguard services, local and world wide
  • Ground, sea and air private transportation bookings and support

Note that the Level 2 Security Concierge service is fully supported and facilitated by Quintessentially, the worlds leading luxury lifestyle group and best known international Concierge Service, and PSG, the Global Risk Management Group

Katana Security has full access to Quintessentially, and so to the whole Quintessentially Group of Companies also, for the benefit of our clients. No other Professional Security Guard Provider in the world has this level of support.
